Assured Home Loans, based in Adelaide, was first established in 1989 by Gary Williams and is still a solely South Australian owned and operated company.

Our job is to make the process of selecting the right home loan easy.

As one of South Australia's top home loan advisors, Assured have established relationships with many reputable bank and non-bank lenders, including the big 4 banks. All our consultants undergo thorough accreditation with these institutions in order to be able to provide you with the best advice about their many home loan products.

Not only that, but our service is 100% free and our In-House Home Loans also have highly competitive rates! We can save you time and legwork, but our main goal is to save you money!

Our consultants give you a choice of home loan options and help you to compare the various rates, features and benefits to find one that best suits your needs. With 25 years experience writing home loans, we know exactly who's offering the best option for you.

We have a dedicated "non-conforming" department in our head office to help people who have been refused finance elsewhere because of a poor credit history or no current financials.

When your loan is being processed your consultant will keep you informed every step of the way. When your loan is processed, rather than merely sending your approval advice through the mail; our service staff will personally call you with your Account and BSB numbers and will also be able to answer any further queries you may have.

The team at Assured consist of experienced home loan consultants to help you choose the right home loan and a dedicated customer service department to communicate with you every step of the way through your application process.

Assured Foundation

After years of building home loan expertise, Gary felt he wanted to give something back to the community and in 2004 created Assured Foundation. He's passionate about helping families of sick kids to "take a day off" from hospital wards to spend more time celebrating their lives together. Harriet and her chariot joined in 2009, and with their yummy sausage sizzles, raise money to further brighten the lives of families with seriously sick children. If you see Harriet’s smiling face and long eyelashes give her a wave and say hello!
