We’re looking for people with a good understanding of the Financial Services Industry and experience within a financial services organisation (Mortgage Processing) or with a Mortgage Manager or Broker.
The role of our Credit Assessors is to ensure that the high standard of service set by the company is delivered to all clients during the loan processing cycle. Day to day, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Verifying, checking & confirming data and information related to the processing of residential mortgage applications up to settlement;
Assessing the file within mortgage insurer & lender guidelines, then submitting for approval;
Liaising with and obtaining information from various business partners;
Working with our sales consultants to enable quality & timely processing; keeping our customers informed along the way.
We look to build long term relationships with our staff & your initial salary will be commensurate with your experience.
